Produced and commissioned by The Lickey Hills Local History Society, four boards have been installed around the Lickey Hills Country Park Visitor Centre.
They commemorate the contribution the Lickey Hills played in the closing months of World War One by mapping the lost and remaining buildings used, a reconstruction of the Gun Proof Range in the quarry and reproducing the Bye-Laws notices. The fourth offers an insight into Bombardier Hudson Roberts (more here) who was stationed here testing the refurbished guns. There is also details of our local memorials.
